There is a 3.5% convenience fee charge for card payments. Cash is best but we don’t always have enough change so please take that into consideration. A deposit must be paid at the time of booking appointment. This will secure your spot and will go toward your service. We have a 10 minute grace period however, if you go over 10 minutes your deposit becomes non refundable and you will need to reschedule for a new appointment. We understand life happens, things come up and sometimes the weather is not on our side, please communicate with us if you think you might be late. Give us a call or shoot us a text and we MIGHT be able to figure something out. No shows and late cancellations, if you no show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the service. Again, we understand things happen and communication is KEY! Please let us know as soon as you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged. Please be respectful of our time and our craft.
